Cancellation Process
All orders totaling $25 or more can be cancelled without
penalty within 24 hours (Business Days). To cancel your
order, call 520.265.8055.
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours from ordering and before
shipping are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

if your order has already shipped and you would like to
return it.
Refund/Return Policy
As industry standards dictate, all sales are final.
However, IQT2 believes in it’s program so program
so strongly that we go the extra mile and provide the
following:
If the registered user fails the corresponding exam twice
within ninety (90) days of purchase and contacts IQT2
to claim this guarantee, then the product can be returned
for a full refund.
All third party vendor sales are final. This guarantee
applies only to products purchased directly from IQT2
and does not include shipping and handling expenses. |
